Below are a few frequently asked questions we get from customers, or potential customers, when considering where to purchase their custom RGH or have their Xbox one customized.

Do you customize other types of gaming consoles?

Yes, in fact, we do! While we have primarily specialized in building custom RGH and Jtag consoles over the last several years, we also do a significant number of Xbox One custom cases, PS3 custom cases, PS4 custom cases, and custom controllers. If you’re considering getting an xbox console wrap or something similar, have a look at our past work first to get an idea of how truly unique your console could be. Etched glass (using Tony’s in-house laser etcher), custom cutouts, and color changing remote LEDs only scratch the surface when it comes to customizing your Xbox or PlayStation.

Do you ship internationally?

We Ship to The United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and many other countries. If you are in a different country, contact Tony Mondello to find out if we can ship to your country. We always do our best to accommodate.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Changes to your order must be submitted within 24 hours. Orders are not refundable; we pride ourselves in providing the highest quality work in the industry, with over 4,300 happy customers since 2002.

How can I return a product?

We do not accept returns except in very specific situations which are handled in a case-by-case basis. Contact us and we will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue, if you feel a return is necessary.

How long will it take to get my package?

Normally it takes around 10-12 days to complete a order, depending on our current backlog. Shipping in the US is done through USPS using 2-3 day priority mail delivery with signature delivery. International orders can vary on the country and customs.
